Katy Sip N Stroll is the perfect venue for companies to entertain clients, thank employees for their service or have a neighborhood party. Private reserved tables are available for pre-purchase so that you and your guests have a private area to sit, relax, enjoy the wine, food and music.

Deluxe Private Hospitality Tent

As a Deluxe Private Hospitality Tent Partner, You’ll Receive:

Onsite at Katy Sip N Stroll:
- Private Entertainment Space with private 10’x10’ tent with fencing
- Ten (10) VIP tickets with entrance and access to entire event features starting at 5pm
- Table with covering and 10 chairs
- 1 Bar High table
- Table décor (Standard silk centerpiece provided. Sponsor can decorate your table as you see fit)
- Signage denoting your private tent
- Ten (10) Lanyards with company logo for your guests
- Two bottles white wine and two bottles red wine (NOTE: the bottle must remain on your table at all times and cannot leave your dedicated space as TABC regulations require).
- Event staffing will oversee the hospitality area and keep unauthorized guests from occupying your space
- Access to the event features and premium placement for easy access to all areas of the event starting at 6pm

Supply of pre-printed promotional event materials (tabletop sign, rack card brochures)

Your company’s logo in pdf and eps formats for use in electronic marketing and signage, email to dylanb@foodandvinetime.com
Promotional support at your business locations to assist in The Ballard House funds raised through ticket sales
Promotional segment on your company's website with link to www.sipandstroll.com, Tag existing advertising in support of The Ballard House and Katy Sip N Stroll – optional and appreciated
Social media support via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. - optional and appreciated
