We would love to have your help! There are a variety of volunteer opportunities available and we want you to have as much fun volunteering as we do!
Volunteer Registration
We want friendly, fun-loving, and dedicated volunteers! Sign up early and invite your friends to volunteer as well! A confirmation will be sent once your registration has been received. Volunteers who register for a pouring shift will be given a volunteer t-shirt to wear during the event.

Shift Times
Wine & Beer Pouring Volunteer Shift Time: 4:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Set-up Crew: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Set-up Crew: 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Tear-down Crew: 8:45pm - 11:30pm
Minimum Age Requirements
Volunteers must be 21 years of age to pour wine or beer samples.
For those volunteers who are not yet 21 (but 18 or older), please take a look at the set-up and tear-down shifts. We would greatly appreciate your help!
Check-In
The location of the volunteer check-in area will be identified closer to the event. Please allow adequate time for traffic, parking (to be discussed at a later time), and check-in.
Responsibilities
Wine & Beer Pouring Station Volunteers: Pouring Wine & Beer samples, answering questions about wine and beer products, keeping the sample table clean, staying at the sampling table throughout the event, and helping to clean up the sampling table after the event is over. Please be courteous and helpful to all participants and offer any assistance to those with special needs.
Set-up Crew: Helping the production team set up the event. This will include but is not limited to, moving tables, hanging signage, creating restaurant sanitation stations, creating wine & beer table set-ups, hanging lights, covering tables in tablecloths, and guiding exhibitors to their space.
Tear-Down Crew: Helping the production team break down the event and leaving The ARK as beautiful as when we came in. This will include, but is not limited to, removing signage, removing table cloths, organizing all small items into tubs, packing event items into the back of the truck, washing bus tubs, drying bus tubs and other items,
On-Duty Rules
Volunteers may not (under any circumstances) over-indulge. Overindulgence on-site (or the appearance or suggestion of overindulgence) will result in immediate removal from the event.

Arrival & Breaks
Please allow adequate time for traffic, parking (to be discussed at a later time), and check-in. Arrive at check-in at your scheduled shift time. Your breaks will be coordinated by your Volunteer Coordinator.
Attire
For this event, please come dressed in resort casual attire, and be sure to wear comfortable shoes because you will be standing for some time. We recommend closed-toe shoes for your safety. Please check the weather and plan accordingly. Wine & Beer Sample pourers will be given a volunteer t-shirt to wear during the event.
