Ricardo Bravo

Ricardo Bravo discovered his passion for food at an early age and continues honing his passion as Executive Chef for Rosalie at the C. Baldwin Hotel. Chef Bravo began his career in Corpus Christi, Texas before relocating to Houston to take the helm at Pecan Grove Country Club. In 2022, he became the Executive Chef & Director of F&B for Coraltree overseeing The Woodlands Resort AAA Four Diamond property, Westin Waterway, and Embassy Suites Hughes Landing allowing him the opportunity to create and pursue his culinary passion for continental, southern, and modern Italian cuisine. Prior to his experience in the Woodlands, Chef Bravo was a Regional Executive Chef & Director of F&B supporting seven full-service hotels across multiple states. Additionally, Chef Bravo has held Executive Chef roles at Hilton Galveston Island Resort and the Stella Hotel, where he cultivated his skills in menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership.

Chef Bravo began his culinary career with Marriott and Omni Hotels & Resorts in Corpus Christi, TX. He later advanced to hold executive roles at the Magnolia Hotel Houston, where he served as both Executive Chef and Director of Food & Beverage. Throughout his career, Chef Bravo has remained committed to excellence and innovation in hospitality and has been actively involved in his community currently serving as the Chapter Director for the Texas Chefs Association/American Culinary Federation in Houston, Texas.
