Fadi Dimassi
Chef & Founder of Fadi’s Mediterranean Grill, Fadi has been serving fresh Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine in Houston since 1996. Born and raised in Saida, Lebanon, he began cooking at 19 in his family’s restaurant, inspired by his mother’s authentic home-cooked recipes and the rich traditions of the Mediterranean.
After graduating with a culinary degree in 2015, Fadi continued refining his craft. Today, he proudly serves his award-winning cuisine across Houston and Dallas — always committed to fresh ingredients, authentic flavors, and warm hospitality.
