Chef Johnny Kalfayan brings more than 50 years of experience in the food industry, combining deep culinary expertise with a passion for service. A seasoned pitmaster, he has spent over a decade working within HCA/TCA, further refining his skills in high-volume and healthcare food environments.
Johnny also served for 13 years as Executive Chef with Lakeland Foods, specializing in protein sourcing and development as a trusted broker. Beyond the kitchen, he is a dedicated volunteer with Mercy Chefs, using his talents to support communities in times of need.
With a career rooted in craftsmanship, leadership, and giving back, Chef Johnny continues to make a lasting impact wherever he serves.
