As Executive Chef of BraeBurn Country Club in Houston, Chef Pedro Sanchez leads a dynamic culinary program known for refined cuisine, thoughtful execution, and elevated food and wine experiences.

Chef Pedro refined his craft across diverse culinary environments before discovering his passion in private clubs, where he focuses on creating highly personalized dining experiences. His leadership and dedication to the profession have earned him recognition as the American Culinary Federation Houston Chef of the Year, along with the distinction of Worldchefs Certified Executive Chef.

In addition to his culinary achievements, Chef Pedro has embraced wine education as a way to elevate his cuisine. He holds the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and is currently pursuing the WSET Diploma, bringing a culinary-somm perspective to menu development, wine dinners, and pairing experiences.

A strong believer in mentorship and growth, Chef Pedro serves as the Houston Chapter Director for the Texas Chefs Association, where he supports young chefs and promotes continuous education. His philosophy is rooted in discipline, curiosity, and the belief that the more knowledge you gain, the more value you bring to your team, your guests, and your organization.
